What is the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA)?
The APA is a standard deposit (usually 30% of the charter fee) used to cover your expenses during the trip, such as fuel, gourmet food, premium drinks, and mooring fees. Your captain keeps a detailed record of all costs, and any remaining balance is refunded to you in full at the end of your journey.
Can the onboard menu be fully customized for our dietary preferences?
Absolutely. Before you set sail, we will provide a detailed preference sheet. Your private chef will use this to design a bespoke menu tailored to your specific tastes and dietary requirements, whether you require vegan, gluten-free, or specialized gourmet options.
What level of privacy can we expect with the crew on board?
Our crews are highly trained professionals experienced in providing five-star service with maximum discretion. They have separate living quarters and follow strict protocols to ensure you enjoy the yacht as your own private sanctuary, being present only when you need them.
Are crew gratuities included in the charter price?
Crew gratuities are not included in the base price and are given at your discretion. In the luxury charter industry in Croatia, it is customary to tip between 10% and 15% of the charter fee, depending on the level of service and your overall satisfaction.
Can we change our sailing itinerary during the trip?
Yes, your itinerary is completely flexible. While your captain will suggest the best routes based on weather conditions and local secrets, the final decision is yours. You can choose to spend an extra day in a secluded bay or change course to a different island whenever you wish.
